UK’s Top Interior Design Turn Ons & Turn Offs

According to Finder, up to 91% of the UK could be celebrating Valentine’s Day this year. Additionally, a study from Beds Divans found that on average, Brits search for terms relating to “romantic bedroom ideas” a staggering 17,400 times each year. 

With this in mind, Beds Divans wanted to find out the best bedroom designs to increase romance and sexual intimacy. In order to do this, we surveyed an average of 500 Brits to find out their interior design turn-ons and turn-offs. 

The survey showed some surprising results. Here are some of our key findings:

To obtain our results, we surveyed approximately 500 members of the British public using Google Surveys. The survey itself was conducted over the span of a month in January 2022 and consisted of 10 questions, all relating to intimacy levels in relation to bedroom design trends.
